Can the V to Y Lip lift achieve as good results as the bullhorn lip lift?

If the results are as good as the bullhorn, then why is it not as popular and recommended by surgeons? Can the V to Y give you bigger lips and show more teeth when smiling? Does it have similar results with lip fillers? Is it riskier than the other types of lip lifts? Can it cause permanent damage? Can it affect speech? Do you recommend me to get the V to Y lip lift on the same surgery day as a septorhinoplasty or should I get the rhinoplasty first and then wait a few months to get the V to Y?
