hello, I’m a 33-year-old woman in Toronto. Over two weeks ago, I had my marionette and nasolabial filled. My naso folds look good, but my marionette lines seem to look worse, especially my left side, which looks buckled/lumpy. I'm wondering if I should get more to fill it out or completely dissolve it? Also, as you can see, the left side of my face is thinner and droops more than the right side. Would it be good to get deep cheek filler on this side to balance and lift jowl/lines?

I would suggest working on the skin first with radiofrequency/microneedling. This will improve the acne scars and provide some tightening and improved texture to the skin as well. Then you could restore the lost volume with either fillers or a facial fat transfer.
