After opting for Hyaluronidase to correct misplaced filler last September, I noticed that a lot more than just the filler has dissolved. The undereye grooves which have been slightly visible and 'filled' almost yearly for over a decade, had now become very deep. Under my left eye there is a 2mm deep and 1cm wide sunken area which was not there before. From the groove up to the lower eyelid, the entire area seems to have lost most of the fat and is now flat. What can fill/reverse this?
