To begin with, it looks like you may still have some filler above the tear trough. My first thought is to have all the filler dissolved completely and wait until everything settles down for approximately 2 to 4 weeks. The only difference is the longevity of the product (Lipo fill and Sculptra last longer than HA fillers) and the cost factor.
