Hi! I've been very bothered by these fat lumps that I have at the corners below my lips. Not sure when I first noticed them but it's become more prominent over the years. I have had filler in my smile lines twice which I didnt even need the second time but I was following what google said about getting it done every 8 months. I'm wondering if these lumps are from the filler or just natural aging. It really bothers me and I'd love to know how I can get rid of them.
