Lefort and LJS vs implants - Can the implants "pull the face foward" similar to the way jaw surgery would?

Hello, Can midface/paranasal implants mimic results you would see from a lefort surgery for more mild recession cases? I think I would prefer implants to DJS, if it can yield similar results. Can the implants "pull the face foward" similar to the way jaw surgery would? Thanks!
