This problem started to occur over the last few years but I am very sensitive about it. I am only 35, use high-quality skincare, and lead a healthy lifestyle but already my upper eye skin is droopy and crepey. Is there anything I can do to fix this that isn't surgery?

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

For significant improvement, hooded eyelids require surgery if there is enough skin. For nonsurgical treatments: Radiofrequency (Thermage or Venus Legacy/Viva), injectable fillers, and a Botox brow lift can help contour the eyebrows and lift the eyelid skin. Dermal fillers can be used to improve the crepey skin around the eye or to correct significant upper eyelid hollowness. You may also try UPNEEQ, an FDA-approved once-daily eye drop that treats low-lying upper eyelids. When used as prescribed, it can help open up and refresh a droopy eye to shave years off your appearance. Another option for fine lines around the eyes might be laser resurfacing, which reduces the appearance of lines while increasing collagen levels. Hi, 
There are two primary options in my experience for the upper eyelid skin excess you are seeing. One is surgery, or upper lid blepharoplasty, which would remove the excess skin and could be done in the office under local anesthesia if desired.
If you are interested in a non-surgical option, however, a TRL erbium laser is a great option to give you improved texture to the skin and also notable tightening. This will not be as much as surgery of course, but certainly can offer a very nice improvement. I hope this helps and best of luck.

Hello there! There are quite a few treatment modalities to promote smoothness and tightening of the under eye area. Those include PRP, mesotherapy, microneedling/RF, resurfacing and others. I am afraid that a non surgical option does not exist. You could undergo a conservative upper lid blepharoplasty or possibly a fronto-temporal brow lift with no blepharoplasty.
