Hi, I have been having acne scars for the past 13 years. Already did 8 sessions of CO2 laser(3 sessions with subcision), 6 microneedling with PRP and 1 session of TCA. I would say result is merely minimal. I am thinking of trying dermal filler but only Radiesse, Juvaderm, Restylane, Revigance or Belotero available in my country. Can anyone suggest the best filler for me? Is it okay to get filler injection every few months since the result is not permanent? Any side effects?

Hi, if just getting tear trough filler, this should NOT affect your lower eyelid position. Based on this photo, it doesn't appear that you have very hollow lower eyelids. Be sure you discuss what you are exactly looking for with your doctor. Hope this helps!

These fillers are good for improving under the eyes, but keep in mind, a combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often....
