Cheekbone reduction for a more narrow face? (Photo)

I have very wide cheekbones, they are the widest part of my face and i feel like since i have smaller features, my cheekbones swallow up my face especially when i smile. I did modeling in the past and my face would come out super wide and unphotogenic. I am willing to travel for this surgery. Does it make a dramatic difference? Thanks

Hi yes, this is a very common complaints in asian patients. I have a lot of experience treating such contouring. You need to do zygoma reduction to address the cheekbone. You might also want to consider botox the masseter muscle and jawline contouring if you want a more egg face appearance rather than a square face.
