So I am looking to have nose filler as March of last year I had septorhinoplasty on the NHS. While I am happy with being finally being able to breath, this was not as much of a cosmetic procedure as I would’ve liked, which I expected being as it was completely done from the NHS after an 8 year wait list. I am unhappy with the hump still on the side of my nose, but instead of having a revision rhinoplasty and spending so much money to try and fix this after already having surgery I was hoping to have filler just to make the bump less noticeable. I waited well over a year for the swelling to completely fade, however I am very concerned with this redness, it comes and goes but whenever I am too hot/ working out it always seems to come back. I am booked to see my surgeon at the end of this month but was hoping to have the filler done by next month. Would it be unsafe? Does this look like swelling? And is there anything I can do to treat this, I’ve heard of steroid injections however from what I’ve been they’re only really injected into the tip of the nose not the bridge where it’s affecting me.
