Should I get an arm lift or will Bodytite be enough? (photos)

I am 48 , I lost 120 pounds 12 years ago ( diet and exercise), I had some loose skin on my arms but it was passable. I gained about 30 pounds back slowly (alot went to my arms) and have leveled out and stayed the same for the last 5. I am considering an arm lift but was wondering if I would get a passable result with Bodytite and avoid a full arm lift.
