Neck bands and very thin neck skin. Am I a good candidate for Botox? What other options do I have? (Photo)

Rose20142014
I am a slim person. I have very thin neck skin, and my neck bands are prominent when I talk, along with mild horizontal lines on my neck. I am not sure if Botox can be done only on people with very prominent bands, and if I am an eligible candidate. I am very concerned about this. I do microneedling that help me with a healthy skin. However with my neck, nothing seems to be working. I would like to explore my options and get done with the ideal procedure. Pictures attached (stressed neck)
