Lumps 3 days after Revanesse. (photos)

It is hard to see exactly where the bumps are on the pictures. Hyaluronic Acid[ HA] fillers like Revanesse cause swelling right after that usually subsides within a week. The bumps will gradually resolve. Sometimes they resolve with the swelling sometime it takes longer. It is unusual for them to last more than a month. 

Thanks for your question.  I would give it a bit more time and place some ice and arnica gel on the lips daily for any swelling that continues.  It is not common for the hyaluronic acid fillers to cause many visible lumps, so be patient with it and you can try a very gentle massage on any visible bumps.  You do want to be able to feel the filler in the lips for it to be effective, so consult your injector in a week or two if you are feeling like there are any lumps or problems, but it is a bit early to think about dissolving the filler.

What you are seeing could just be swelling which can be uneven. Gentle manage of the area arnicare and ice should improve the lumps but swelling in lips can last a few weeks and lip fillers can take upto 4 weeks to show final results. If you still notice the bumps after 4 weeks, filler can be dissolved. You should also see your injector for a re-evaluation.
