I would suggest waiting a while longer and let things settle down. Its still early days and things still look a little swollen. Patience is best with these things before intervening again. As its an HA filler its should not be a problem sorting it out if necessary.

Bruising will happen after direct injections.  Cannulas minimize this.  The bruise will subside over the next few days to weeks.
