Should I expect my filler to settle a bit more and these lines to even out? (Photo)

You may have issues with uneven distribution of the filler, but I would wait another week before deciding to add a filler or removing it.

I would suggest waiting a while longer and let things settle down.
Its still early days and things still look a little swollen.
Patience is best with these things before intervening again.
As its an HA filler its should not be a problem sorting it out if necessary.

Swelling and bruising are common after lip filler treatment and can take up to 14 days to resolve. I would give the swelling a little more time to resolve. If at 14 days you remain unhappy with your results then I would followup with your injector. The filler could be reversed using hyaluronidase if need be. 

Yes, you may have some uneven filler in the top lip according to your pictures. You can massage it but should wait a good 3 weeks before doing anything or trying to remove it.   

Only in person examination after 10 days from injection would allow a determination if HA dissolve or more HA filer needed. Seems the product was injected unevenly but not sure. 

Hello! At this point in time, you maybe be able to apply a firm squeeze to the lumps to get them to smooth out. Otherwise, the best option might be to dissolve the filler causing the unwanted appearance with hyaluronidase. While it is possible to have swelling for up to 2 weeks post-injection, it is hard to say without examining you in person what the cause of your concern is right now. 

Hi  Vmms19,It looks as though you still have some swelling.In some cases. it takes about 2 weeks for all of the swelling to go down. Call your Provider and send a photo and ask whether you should massage or leave it alone. Also ask for some bromelain if the swelling persists.I would be cautious about injecting hyaluronidase.All the best, Justin Harper, M.D.
