Lack of nutrition and protein has caused my hair to recede. Any suggestions? (photos)

I'm so unhappy at this right now, I was barely eating protein and mostly junk food vegetables and pasta and my hair has thinned out an receded. Is there any natural way to restore it to where it was before?
