I had braces years ago and currently have a permanent retainer. My top row of teeth used to be angled inward slightly pointing to my mouth. They are now at a perfect flat 90-ish degree angle and it causes me a slight lisp and I hate it. Can invisalign go on the top row and angle them back a bit while keeping to the straightness or is changing the angle something only braces can do?

The problem is that your gingival papilla between 9 and 10 is blunted, does not fill in the space. I definitely would not recommend more IPR. Bonding would be an option, but I would first consult with a periodontist and see if the papilla can be reconstructed to fill in the gap.

Yes, Invisalign should be able to remedy this problem quite easily. Moving teeth up or down can be done with this process and I'm sure your dentist knows how to do this.
