I am almost done with 3rd refinement, not completely happy with the position of tooth #10 because it still appears a little behind #9 (vs. #7 & #8). All 3 refinements were intended to adjust #10 so it is better aligned with #9. Pic 1 is before refinement and Pic 2 is now. Looking at upper arch pics (End of 2nd refinement vs. Now). #10 is pushed forward as expected. Can it improved further? Will the black triangle between #9 & #10 look bigger? Appreciate if you can shed some light.

Answer: Invisalign refinement - can there be improvement
Yes, Invisalign should be able to remedy this problem quite easily. Moving teeth up or down can be done with this process and I'm sure your dentist knows how to do this.
It is OK to place your Invisalign right back in after scaling and root planing. But if your gum is sore then it’s recommended that you wait til the next day after your deep cleaning. I would not wait any longer than 24 hours.
Contact you dentist immediately. If you need a strong cleaning at the office it should remove the discoloration. Also if your engagers are removed the aligners can be used as whitening trays to return your teeth to a brighter whiter shade again.
