See your Invisalign provider. Share with them your concern. They should obviously see the two front teeth being uneven. Extra aligners will be needed. 

Yes, Invisalign should be able to remedy this problem quite easily. Moving teeth up or down can be done with this process and I'm sure your dentist knows how to do this.

You pose an interesting question that I hear quite often...."Can Invisalign Fix a Problem?"  I know what your are getting at, but the way this question is asked leads me to clarify something very important.  Invisalign trays are a tool, that when used by someone with ample experience and training, can fix multiple problems, including one tooth getting longer than the other. To get yours fixed will likely require new impression or scan. More than likely, you will need some attachments to help make the movement more predictable and efficient.
