I have tried everything to treat redness & thread veins on nose. What options are left? Could it be because of fillers? (Photo)

Veins are known to appear after surgical procedures and even after repeated injections of fillers. There are effective laser treatments for veins. What's important is not the type of laser but the skill of the doctor using the laser. Having said that, it is important to recognize that lasers can make veins go away but do not prevent the reappearance of veins. On-going injections can certainly continue to cause veins to appear. Redness can also be treated with lasers. I recommend consulting a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist who can treat any other underlying conditions, such as Rosacea, that may be causing redness, in addition to laser treatments. 

I do not see a photo posted but the treatment of nasal veins consists of laser, sclerotherapy or fine needle radio frequency.  Unfortunately, there is no permanent cure for nasal and facial veins. I have had best results with a combination of sclerotherapy for the larger veins and RF for the smaller.
