I am 35 with 2 kids. My outter thighs sag when lying down and now my thighs are starting to wrinkle. I have the face of a 26 year old but the body of a 70 year old. Lipo will make it worst and I don't think the outer lift will help much. I look great in clothes but horrible nakid. Is this some sort of degenerative disease of the skin? How much will I benefit from a spiral thigh lift? It literally looks like I have 2 tumours growing on my outter thighs.
