Inner thigh saggy skin? (Photo)

I have saggy skin in my inner leg area by the crouch area , I know lipo isn't good to have , would you be able to cut in thr crease of the crouch area and pull the loose skin up and stitch it there ? Would that cause any disfigureing of that area ?

It is always easier for the surgeon to stage procedures including thigh lifts and liposuction.  The liposuction would aggressively remove fat and then a thigh lift would remove excess skin at a later date.  However not everybody can or wants to undergo multiple procedures for this one...
