My upper lip is uneven after lip fillers. (This is very frustrating as the reason I got them filled was to correct asymmetry and now the asymmetry is even more apparent.) I would like to shrink the larger side, but don’t want all the filler to just go to waste. It would be a huge waste of money and time. My question is: Can you have lip injections only partially dissolved on one side? Or does injecting the dissolvent just dissolve everything.

Hylauronidase has many advantages and should be considered in patients who are unhappy with their results or in acute cases of overfilling or occlusion. Its often better to reverse filler and restart then to deal with long term edema. Filler migration and permanence is a very common problem...
