After 3 rounds of Belotero hydro skin booster, Ive had protruding Fluid-filled eye-bags for 6 months. What can I do now? (photo)

A month after my last treatment, puffy eyes appeared. Now, 6 months later, I’ve tried hyalase twice, plasma pen, oral prednisolon, lymphatic drainage -no success. Im 30 and never had eye bags before.I was tested for hypothyroidism and allergies -all negative. Plastic surgeons hesitates to perform a blepharoplasty due to my young age. Fluid under my eyes can felt and seen,with a clear border.I’ve read about granulomas and delayed typeIV hypersensitivity reactions after non-crosslinked HA-fillers.

Hyaluronidase disappears from the area where it was injected quite quickly and injecting saline is not going to change the situation in any way, shape or form.
