Hello and thank you for your question.  Your tear troughs look nicely done.  You still have a very small amount of hollowness remaining, but that requires a little more product to be injected.  You do not have any bruises and you certainly do not have more dark circles.  I...

Hi @Amy Williams 69. I usually recommend starting with 1 syringe of Restylane when treating the tear troughs. I have the patient return in 2 weeks to see if adjustments need to be made. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
