I would like to know if there is a preference between the Dermasculpt, Softfil, or TSK Steriglide cannulas?

Each Doctor will have their preferred brand. Injections with cannulas will limit swelling and/or bruising. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

I am a big believer in the use of cannulas for fillers, especially in the upper face.  Cannulas make treatment so much easier for the patient.  I have used all three of the mentioned brands.  Currently I prefer Softfil cannulas because they have distance dots spaced out along the cannula which helps make treatment more precise and they have a dot on the hub which indicates which side the cannula opening is on.  Usually I prefer to keep the dot pointing toward the skin to keep injections in a deeper plane.  Regards,Dr. Ort
