Should I take off my braces early to get porcelain veneers?

I've wanted veeners for a really long time and am finantually able now to get veneers. I want to know what the repercussions would be if I took my braces off early to get veneers. I've had them on for two years and am supposted to have them on for another year but I don't know if I can wait that long. I've had troubles with the way my smile looked for the longest time so the sooner the better but I won't take them off early if their will be negative consequences that will affect my smile more

It is not a good idea to remove your braces just to have veneers unless you have decay developing around/beneath your brackets. Complete your orthodontics, whiten your teeth, and then you may find you don't need veneers after all.

Hi:
The main repercussion is if the teeth are not stabilized, even with veneers the teeth can move.  Also please keep in mind you have to wear a retainer after you get your veneers for the rest of your life to make sure your veneers stay in the same place.

It is definately not ideal to remove braces early. Not only will your teeth not be in the ideal position, but your bile may not be correct. This can lead to damage in the future. Take one more year and do things the right way.
