Without a photo and X-ray it is not possible to give you proper advice. However, reading your questions lends itself to an urgent need to see a dentist who is able to handle the situation at hand (cosmetic and restorative dentist) as you are too young to be losing teeth and intervention, prevention and reconstruction is needed ASAP!
hello You are way to young to Have this problem. It's hard to answer your question without photos and X-rays. However, are you clinching or grinding your teeth at night? Do you chew on hard things like Ice? You need to find the cause, stop the habit and then find a cosmetic dentist near you to restore your teeth. Good luck.
Hi:Unfortunately without photo and X-ray it is difficult to give you accurate advice. Please post photo and X-ray of the affected area.Best,Dr. Maddahi
First, you will have to OWN your problem....that means understanding you are mostly the cause of your dental issue and only then will you be able to get it under control.Second, don't expect someone else to pay for your problem, dental discount plans can make certain procedures less costly but everything has a cost. It is always cheapest to NOT need a procedure. Third, You need to identify what you are putting into your mouth that is turning your teeth black and stop doing destructive things. You will have more problems without changing your consumption habits, even denture teeth can turn black.Fourth, If you are chipping your front teeth, you may be bruxing your teeth while you sleep and you should have a sleep test to rule out a sleep breathing issue.Fifth, stay out of dentures as much as you can....they do not call "denture sufferers" this term for no reason. It can lead to a lifetime of misery but...occasionally, some patients do well, in 25 years, I have yet to be able to guess which patient will do well and which one will not but it is usually more of a mental issue and a patient that is determined with a positive attitude usually does best. One that goes into a denture because they feel forced into it due to finances or impatience with restoring years of dental damage (looking for the quick fix) are the patients that will not be happy wearing a denture.Lastly, Masshealth.com, or you can call them and it seems their coverage can vary greatly thru their interaction with ObamaCare and if you are still a student or not, age, income etc. It is never simple when the government gets involved with anything, worse with your health. Begin by doing what you can do today, at home, with your diet and hygiene. Brush too much (5x+ a day), buy a WaterPik and use at least before you go to bed. Do MORE. Next do your homework and contact MassHealth directly, you are their customer, they should be there to answer your questions and help guide you with your coverage. Then find a dentist, word of mouth referrals can be valuable. Good luck, you can do this!
Donot use super glue on your teeth. First you need to know why the post and crown came out. Do you have decay under it ? Reach out to your dentist and let them evaluate the teeth. If you can't get to the dentist right away , buy dental glue form super market in dental section...
Dear emmeaosecoops, Yes, your veneers look too big. I'm not sure what purpose these veneers were supposed to accomplish. A dentist should be expected to quantify the proportions of teeth and not just say, "big" or "small". Also a dentist should consider not just the two front teeth, but...
Hello Gigi, Your questions is asked my many patients. The answer is yes you can, but it’s better to make them from the same batch. Porcelain is hand mixed and dries out once done with your two veneers. The dried porcelain will be discarded. The two new veneers later will h...
