What should I expect to pay for belly button scar revision? (Photo)

Hello, several failed attempts at a belly button piercings resulted in a very unflatering scar above my belly button. To make matters worse, my pregnancy caused 2 ugly stretch marks around the scarred tissue. Can these scars be fixed? What would the costs for the procedures be?
