I don't believe any diet will affect fed a transfer results so go ahead and eat your keto genic diet without worry. Hopefully your preop markings washed off without much difficulty. Hello and thank you for your question. It is unlikely that your dermatologist would have put so much pressure to have caused fat necrosis. So it is probably not damaged and in two years it would have set and so should not be able to move.
Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

You don't have hollowness. You have dark circles. You will be making a huge mistake to put fat there as it is a high complication procure which is very difficult to correct if there is lumpiness. Fat also doesn't correct dark circles. You should read the other post about nanofat for today.
