Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Unhappy already with micro fat Transfer. How long do I have to wait to do filler or another transfer? Very disappointed :(

You do not mention what  area you had fat transfered too. Generally , some overcorrection is performed and the final result cannot be evaluated until the swelling has resolved. If there is inadequate correction, additional grafting can be done reasonably soon after the orginal graft . Some a...
