3 weeks post-op. Will going back on a ketogenic diet affect micro fat transfer to the face? (photo)

 I don't believe any diet will affect fed a transfer results so go ahead and eat your keto genic diet without worry.  Hopefully your preop markings washed off without much difficulty.  In six weeks will give you a ballpark idea of what your results will look like but expect final results to take closer to three months.
