NO!Kybella has been used off label in other areas such as the stomach after lipo or front bra roll.  Kybella in the lip is not recommended.  There can be better solutions to your problem, see an expert in your location for a consultation

Kybella is not a treatment solution for hyperplasia related to CoolSculpting. Hyperplasia needs to be assessed by your plastic surgeon and liposuction needs to be performed to fully correct the issue.

I recommend following up with your Doctor. This may be due to swelling, which will slowly resolve over several weeks. I hope this helps.
