Hi, I have read almost all the questions and answers on this site and i do value doctors opinion here, I do understand that i need to wait few more months but i would appreciate everyone's valuable opinion. 3600 grafts done (Istanbul Turkey). everything seems normal but i am not seeing much density, I have fairly thin hair, i feel sharp small hair when i run my fingers in crown area. I will wait few more months to see final results but can you tell me if the results seems good or poor. thanks.
Answer: If you have been reading up on what to expect, you should be patient and understand it may take 6 to 12 months If you have been reading up on what to expect, you should be patient and understand it may take 6 to 12 months to see results. You really cannot judge after 7 months.

Answer: Too early You must wait at least a year before it can be determined how successful the procedure was. I often inject PRP to try to stimulate growth when it appears to be lagging.

Answer: Hair density at 7 months Wait a few months before deciding if the transplant is a success or not. Generally but 12 months one can have a pretty good sense. Right now, it would be premature to predict if your transplant was successful or not.

Answer: Hair transplant Dear TorontoCanada, Thank you for your clinical post and series of photographs. Hair transplantation requires approximately 12-16 months for final recipient site density to manifest. Depending on your donor site either strip or FUE there will be some telogen effluvium or shock hair of the transplant shafts, which will fall out. Generally, the bulbs do survive over 90% of the time and start producing hair within 6 months. You will have had some hair follicle transplant units whose hair shaft started to grow immediately and there’s others where the hair shafts fell out along with the scab. By 6 months secondary growth occurs and any little stubble you feel now is secondary growth and this combines with a primary graft, a success in growth to give you your final density. I recommend waiting at least 12 months to determine this final density and decide if a subsequent hair restoration or hair transplantation FUE method is necessary or desirable. I hope this information is of some assistance and best of luck. To find out more, please visit the link below. In particular visit the FUE hair restoration sections. R. Answer: 3600 grafts with poor washing techniques after the surgery You will not know what you will get until the 6-8th months. By month 8, you should see 80% of the growth.
