Heat exposure after FUE Facial Hair Transplant. Would this have any effect?

I got a FUE facial hair transplant, and on the 6th day after the transplant we had a BBQ and I was pretty close to the grill. I felt the heat wave a couple of times (maybe 4 times) but when I did I stepped away immediately. Would this have any effect? Should I be concerned?

You should not be using ketoconazole shampoo unless you were told to use it by your doctor.  You should check with your doctor.

Thank you for submitting your question.  I would recommend finasteride. PRP, laser cap and  amino acids.   When you are ready for your FUE, approx.  1500-2000 grafts would help create more density.  Best wishes.

Sun exposure is not recommended after surgery but if it already happened there isn't much you can do.  It probably did not damage the grafts but if you are concerned follow up with your doctor for a recheck.

If you have infection of your hair follicles or pimples, it is best to contact your doctor for a recheck. Delaying this will delay any potential treatment.

You need to check with your surgeon if you want to take hormone supplements after your surgery.  If you have post operative concerns and aftercare issues it is also a good idea to contact your doctor.
