5 days post op had rhinoseptoplasty. Sneezed and now flap of skin hanging? (Photos)

5 days post op had rhinoseptoplasty. Sneezed and now in right nostril a flap of skin is present that was attached by stitches. Do i need to see Dr right away. Small amount of bleeding very slight.
