It is generally advicsed to wear your bra for six weeks post op. After that you can go without a bra. However you should not expose the scars to sunlight for twelve months as they can darken.
You should be fine if you wan to go top less, enjoy your breast! At 9 weeks you should be healed by now.
At this point in time, your scars should have already healed and you may already expose it. However, a sunscreen would be recommended for the first year to avoid hyperpigmentation that could darken your skin when exposed to sunlight.
Thank you for the question. At 9 weeks you should be healed and thus could go topless - enjoy your new breasts.I would however advise that you apply a broad spectrum SPF50 sun block to your scars every time they are exposed to the sunlight for the first 2 years after surgery as they are more sensitive to the UV radiation and can darken (hyper pigment).Wishing you well.Marcus

You should be fine to go topess any time you want now! Enjoy your new breasts. All the best Kim
