I have a dent in my butt from a hard fall. Will I need surgery to fix it? Is it fixable? Why did this happen? (photos)

Female, 24, The indentation is from a stick that I landed on when I fell while doing a school activity. The indentation goes diagonally across my butt cheek. The indentation is on the left butt cheek. I have had it for a couple years now. I was hopeful that it would go away but it never did.
