Unfortunately, any “fix” for your buttock dents will require surgery. If you are looking to just simply fill in the dents, fat grafting may suffice but may require more than one procedure. If you are also interested in adding a bit more perkiness and/or projection to your buttock then buttock implants may get the job accomplished in one surgery. Although many board certified plastic surgeons perform fat grafting to the buttocks, a relatively small number perform buttock implants and an extremely few number specialize in buttock implants.
