Knee fat solutions? I do not have time for a procedure like liposuction. Would anything like Kybella work? (photos)

Hi and thank you for providing photographs with this question.
I do not like Kybella as it is very inflammatory which makes the healing process challenging for most patients. Additionally I find that it leads to underwhelming results unless used for a very small specific pocket of fat. Most patients often require multiple treatments which removes the possible advantage of being cheaper compared to liposuction.
Liposuction can often be done awake with the patient very comfortable. I am not sure what you do for work by my patients would be able to return to work within 1 or 2 days while wearing a compression garment under their clothing. The also require no narcotic pain medication making return to work very easy. You may want to consider this option as you will likely have the best result without needing to take much time away from work.

Your knees are totally normal and do not have an abnormal fat distribution and there’s no need for surgical or medical intervention.
The knee joint has well over 90° of rotation possible, and this degree of mobility requires some skin redundancy.
With the leg extended, the skin redundancy accumulates above the knee.
This represents Accumulated skin redundancy, which goes away when you flex your knee. It does not represent excess subcutaneous fat. No treatment including Liposuction is going to have significant improvements in this area on anyone.
You don’t need treatments of any kind in my opinion.
Save your money and consider Being content with normal.
