Hello! My face is very wide and asymmetrical, should I do a cheekbone reduction?

Hi! your picture shows a wide cheek bones. The bone called zygoma is flaring out producing a widened face. I recommend cheekbone reduction surgery. The cheek bones are cut at two places and the bone is reduced. I don't use any metal plates to fix the bone. I have done this procedure for over 20 years and i have performed hundreds of these surgeries successfully. The incisions are hidden and the recovery is about two weeks. You can have some swelling for two to four weeks. But you are an excellent candidate for a cheek reduction surgery. Your upper face will match your narrower lower face.
