I’m a 41 year old female. I’m petite 5’2 and 110lbs. I have sagging skin under my chin. I asked if I qualify for liposuction and I was told I don’t have any fat under the chin. I had ultherapy done few years ago but I didn’t see results. What do you recommend. Thank you

You should be seen in person so that your neck can be examined to determine the cause of your submental fullness. Subcutaneous fat (even a little) can be removed with liposuction, usually combined with radiofrequency skin tightening, like Facetite and Morpheus8. Deeper fat, if present, is removed with a neck lift procedure. Most definitive treatment would be a full facelift and necklift procedure, but that's probably jumping the gun a bit in you. I would also think of augmenting the chin and jawline, with either filler, chin implant, or fat grafting, depending on how much augmentation you need, to help tighten the skin as well.

Chin liposuction helps reduce the bulge under the chin and can be done for the whole neck. Once the fat is removed the skin can become loose and saggy in some cases. It can be avoided by combining it with Thermitight which is a radiofrequency heat delivered under the skin to tighten it. Both chin liposuction and Thermitight can be done at the same time. The recovery is fast and it can be done under local anesthesia.

From the limited photographs presented, there appears to be a recessive mandible and chin, along with fat deposits located in the neck located most likely above and below the platysma muscle itself. Consider placement of a chin implant  to augment your chin forward for better structural support for the soft tissues in the neck. Liposuction can remove fat deposits above the platysma muscle, however a neck lift surgery is required to remove the fat deposit below the muscle which also includes a platysma plasty in addition to the liposuction.
