Tightness around eyes after brow lift. Will this ever subside?

I had an endoscopic brow lift and blephoraplasty on Feb 6, 2023. Everything went well and I am happy with the results. My only concern now being 7 months post-op is I still have tightness around both my eye sockets, just on the outer edge of each socket, the area where the eyebrow tail ends. Not my eyelids, they feel fine. I also have tightness in my forehead. Will this ever subside? Should I be concerned?
