Without an examination it's hard to say what may be causing your brow asymmetry. a pre-injury photo would be helpful. There is a good chance there was some internal scarring which can cause some distortion. The simplest solution may be some botox on the effected/elevated side to relax that brow. Alternatively, a surgical lift of the left brow may help to restore symmetry compared to the right side.

It's difficult to say what is causing the asymmetry. Pictures prior to the accident are always helpful as well as a detailed examination, in person, to determine potential causes and solutions. Since your concern is the elevation of the right eyebrow, a potential solution with no real risk is Botox (or similar) treatment to that aspect of your brow to decrease the upward pull of the frontalis muscle on the brow.
