I had epicanthoplasty four months ago. Now the inner corners of my eyes have scar formation and feel tight, especially when I attempt to raise my eyebrows. Is this permanent or will my eyelids return to its normal softness? Also, my surgeon removed too much skin on the corner of my right eye, exposing the entire tear duct, and my lower eyelid is slightly detached from my eyeball. Sometimes I feel there's wind in my eye. Can surgery be performed to correct this and re-cover part of the tear duct?
