Can you rid me of my large double chin? (photo)

Hey there mismollie49!  Hope you are having a good morning so far.  I see that you are a little frustrated and over your neck.  Thank you for your photo and questions.  You are a candidate for a facelift.  This would address your neck greatly.  If you did just lipo, it would make the skin worse.  Doing just a neck lift alone would leave saggy skin in the jowl areas and droopy cheeks.  A full facelift with SMAS plication would be your lasting most natural result.  Make sure that you choose a surgeon that i confortable with your weight, medications, etc from a surgical standpoint.  Safety is huge.  Your upper eyelids droop as well.  Have you ever considered getting these corrected? Do you have vision problems from your hooding of your upper eyelids?  Insurance may be able to cover you on this one.  Check with your surgeon for information on that as well.  These procedure can be both done at the same time.
