I am not sure what size my boobs are. I am 5'3, 140lbs and my boobs literally pull at my neck and shoulders. I get migraines to the point where I can't see in one or both eyes, my hands tingle. I have dents in my shoulders, go to chiropractor often for back and neck pain, I have a slight hunchback now lol.

Answer: The Bellesoma Reduction Unfortunately, you have not told us your bra size. Frequently, insurance companies require certain amounts of volume removed. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Dr. Mahmood Kara in Toronto performs this technique. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Reduction I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Answer: Every Insurance is Different - And becoming More difficult to get Approved I wish I could give you a yes or no answer but I can't. Many insurance companies use something called the schnurr sliding scale which takes into account your height and weight to determine how many grams need to be resected from each side, and even then requires additional letters and photos. Speak to a plastic surgeon in your area and then decide. Good luck, Dr. Schuster in Boca Raton Florida.
