A breast lift would reshape the tissue and reduce the size of the areola.  It does not require removal of breast tissue but only skin tightening which will make the breasts more perky.  Women who have the breast lift surgery report increased self-confidence and self-esteem.
Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials (certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, education, experience, training) who performs hundreds of breast lift procedures each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries and read patient reviews.

Thanks for your questions and posting your pics. Based on what I see, you have a mild case of what we call tuberous breasts which causes the areola to protrude, and usually also includes asymmetry issues. A breast lift w/ a small reduction of the larger left breast can get the shape of both breasts more "perkier" and reduce the size of the areolas and get you more even breasts. 

Dear Lapensee,my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hello, Based on the pictures you submitted, you would benefit from a breast lift with/ or without implants depending on how big/full you want your breasts to be. An areola reduction could be done at the same time, giving your breasts a younger appearance. My recommendation to you is to see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area for a consultation to go over what would be best for you. Take a few photos of breasts with you to your consultation that you like the appearance of so that your surgeon will know exactly what look you are trying to achieve. You mentioned multiple medications in your post. Make sure you have an up to date list of medications with you for your doctor to review so that no new medications are prescribed to you that would interfere with your existing medications. as your plate is pretty full with your other health issues.  If everything is under control and your meds doing what they are supposed to do, then you could consider a breast lift or reduction, depending on what your goals are.  You should really think about how this is going to help your self-esteem as it will leave you with scars and impact your savings/credit card significantly so really try to figure out how surgery will make your self-esteem better when only you and your chosen privileged would be seeing and touching... and if anyone were to criticize your current look, its a BIG sign they do not belong in your life.  You can schedule with a local board certified plastic surgeon and see what you are told when your visit is done.

Based on your photos, you can make your breast perkier with a breast lift surgery and some areola reduction.
Just make sure that you consult a reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon so that he can physically evaluate you.

Based on your description you may be an excellent candidate for breast reduction surgery.   However, much more information is needed to determine whether you should proceed with surgery, and if so when (timing).  In my practice, I individualize the “timing” of surgery based on a lot of information that is transmitted during the consultation process.
“Typical” patients who present for breast reduction surgery are women who have disproportionately large breasts, causing problems such as neck/back/shoulder discomfort, postural changes, bra strap grooving, skin irritation/rashes under the breasts, and/or difficulty with activities of daily living and/or exercise etc. There may be both physical as well as psychosocial “stress” caused by the disproportionately large breasts.
Reducing breast tissue mass and elevating the breasts on the chest wall tend to improve or alleviate many of the symptoms associated with the disproportionately large breasts.
Patients considering breast reduction surgery should also consider the potential downsides (risks/complications) associated with the procedure as well. Poor scarring, for example may be associated with the procedure.  Additional surgery may be necessary in the short or longer term for a multitude of reasons.
When the time is right, I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.
Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.
Then, it will be important that you communicate your goals clearly with your plastic surgeon and make sure that you have realistic expectations prior to proceeding with any type of surgery. In regards to breast size desired, also communicate carefully. In my practice the use of goal pictures are helpful in this regard; a discussion of cup size can be confusing and imprecise.   Therefore, I would not suggest that you communicate your goals and/or base your satisfaction with the outcome of surgery on achieving a specific cup size.  I also find that the use of pictures is more helpful than the words “natural” or "proportionate” etc., which can mean different things to different people.
Many of my patients choose to have enough breast tissue removed to help alleviate symptoms while retaining enough breast tissue to remain proportionate to the remainder of  bare torso.
