I lost 15 lbs in 2.5 months on the Keto diet b4 Lipo & now that it’s been 10 days since surgery & I’m exercising & feeling much better, I’d like to go back on the keto diet. The way I get my 20 carbs a day is with vegetables & a little fruit. I only have 10-15 lbs left to lose and will just add more vegetables & fruit after the weight loss & get out of Ketosis to maintain a healthy weight.
