Stretch marks are usually an indication of poor skin elasticity. From what I see you may be a candidate for a breast augmentation and lift, with the implants being placed under the muscle. .Thank you for your question.  If you are prone to forming stretch marks then you are more likely to form stretch marks after breast augmentation.  Based on your photograph you are a candidate for a small breast lift and augmentation.  A smaller implant placed beneath the muscle may lessen your risk of stretch marks.

no need to stage lift and implants since they can be done together. from your picture, it appears that you do the lift alone and get a fuller look.  If you had " total " submuscular coverage that could inhibit more sagging.  Implants can sometimes reduce the visibility of stretch marks.  try stretching the skin and see howthey change.

The answer to your question is that all three opinions maybe correct.  Without the benefit of an in person exam, it is difficult to advise you on the best option.  Most surgeons will give you their opinion based upon their experience with patient outcomes.  When I was new in practice, I routinely recommended to stage breast lift and augmentation surgeries.  Over the years, I have successfully been able to combine the procedures for many patients.  Surgeons always want their patients to have the best possible outcome with the least amount of complications.  After all, these are completely elective procedures.  Good luck!
