So I have went to 3 consultations now one has said he wont do a lift with implants as the two surgerys contradict each other and i have bad skin quality... the next said I need a lift with a small implant he could do this he said the implant will hold... and yesterday the surgeon told me have a lift first let it heal then come back for implants... which i can not afford anyway :( am I best just getting a lift on its own only? I realy want to go one size bigger though but would they drop?
