I had BC and reconstructive surgery. They took fat from my good breast, the rest I opt for a inner thigh lift with lipo. My right leg healed much quicker than my left but now I have two pig ears near my groin that show through my clothes. I had my surgery from a board certified surgeon that says if he makes a incision and takes the fat i will end up with the same result again, also the inner left thigh i think is a little strange. Can this be corrected what can I say to my surgeon?
Answer: Results after thigh lift You have dog ears which are causing the bulging at the end of the scar and to any area dog ear it will need revision with a little extension of the incision (1-1.5 inches longer), local anestesia, fast recovery, easy to heal.Be encouraged Dra. Cárdenas

Answer: Thigh lift revision with wrinkles and bulges Hello, Thank you for your question about a prior inner thigh lift resulting in thigh bulges and wrinkled skin near your groin. Based on your history and only three pictures, it appears that you have a dog ear on each thigh. Without a thorough physical examination and medical history, it is a little difficult to determine what should be the treatment. However, I think if your inner thigh lift incision was extended laterally (towards your hip), an elliptical shaped area of skin and fat could be excised. I think this would remove/correct the thigh dog ears. I hope that answered your questions about what to do about dog ears occurring after a thigh lift. Before you make any decisions regarding a thigh lift or especially a thigh lift, I would suggest you seek consultation with a thigh lift expert. Please seek an experienced, board-certified, plastic surgeon. Travel out of state if you must to find such a thigh lift expert. If you have any more questions regarding thigh lift, thigh lift revision, thigh liposuction or plastic surgery in general, please contact my office. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen(Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and member of the American Society Plastic Surgeons, International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and Fellow of American College of Surgeons and American Board for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, Awardee: RealSelf 100.)

Answer: Thigh lift scars It appears that your scars may be too low. Scar revision would improve both contour and position of scars. Only on the basis of in person evaluation one can give you more detailed plan of treatment. Good luck.
