2 weeks ago I had a nose job. Today I hit my nose with my hand and after this my mom also hit me accidentally. Was damage done?

Dear Theniak it is very unlikely you caused serious damage to your recently operated nose, although the trauma was caused at 2 weeks following surgery. Signs of damage are nasal bleed, obvious deviation, pain and a cracking nose during the injury. It is helpful if you see your doctor and get it checked. Despite the swelling there is a good chance for him/her to determine if there is any damage and potentially fix it, when it is at an early stage. 

Thank you for sharing your question. It is very common to bump the nose after rhinoplasty surgery. Though, it would be highly unlikely the trauma from a minor bump would have sufficient force to result in any damage that would affect your result. However, if you notice any changes such as swelling, bleeding, new bruising, asymmetry or pain, you may want to bring this to the attention of your surgeon. Most of the time a minor bump to the nose poses no harm. You should be having regular check ups with your surgeon to ensure a smooth recovery and results for the first year. Best of luck!
