Kallirroi Tzafetta, MBBS

I write this review for my Partner who had Rhinoplasty, and is now booked in for a lift with implants (mastoplexy augmentation). Ms Tzafetta is really a star, Kind and knows her field, she knows whats best for your look as a whole and is equally open to your own ideas. Her nose was a fairly big task for a rhinoplasty it was large offset and crooked. Its now what she call her princess nose and I tell you it looks amazing and natural. Its given her a confidence boost and she looks amazing. We had the operation done at the Rivers Hospital near Harlow and they were top notch as well. We trust her 100% and this is important. Overall a fantastic experience.

During Covid I gained weight which left me full & heavy in my neck. I tried various treatments, Facetite, threads & Morpheus 8. The Facetite helped reduce the fullness but this together with losing the weight left me with a lax saggy pouch hanging which was just as bad, if not worse. I hated it, I was so self conscious & at this point I knew only surgery would solve the problem. Within minutes of meeting Miss Tzafetta I knew she was the surgeon for me. She put me at ease & explained everything to me. She was completely transparent & honest with what could be achieved & told me she expected a nice result that I would be happy with. She was aware that I was looking for a very natural result. I left the consultation knowing I wanted to go ahead & a date was arranged for me at Springfield Hospital. This was arranged by her secretary Barbara who was always very responsive & on hand with any questions, etc. My surgery went well & I spent one night in the hospital all staff there were amazing. I experienced no pain just some discomfort. I had hardly any bruising, swelling day 3-5 was about as bad as it got, but of course I had been expecting this. Photos included are at just 2 weeks & I am absolutely thrilled with my results. The before & afters speak for themselves. I mentioned at my consultation that my smile was wonky, on the morning of surgery Ms Tzafetta asked if I would like her to try and straighten it and as you can see she has again done an amazing job. My stitches have all been removed & scars are already minimal. Miss Tzafetta has given me back my confidence & I will always be so grateful to her for this. Anyone considering surgery I would highly recommend her not only is she the most amazing surgeon but has such a kind, caring approach. Thank you so much. I had an amazing experience with Mrs Tzafetta From the first consultation, she was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. She took time to explain every step of the process, and answer all of my questions thoroughly. The results are wonderful; very natural, which is the outcome I desired. Dr Tzafetta is fantastic, I can't speak highly enough of my experience with her and her team. I contacted her in the UK after seeing her on tv treating a similar Bells Palsy patient. We connected on Zoom and months later I flew from Australia to Athens where she treats her international patients. Dr Tzafetta and her colleague Dr Konstantine were so lovely - I had a consultation with them both then the operation in a a great hospital. Five months later and my face is looking fantastic, I'm so happy my mouth is level and I can smile normally Its a miracle, I never thought I could look normal after 5 years of BP. I have had 3 follow up Zoom calls and some emails as well checking on my progress. Ms Tzafetta's staff are so nice, nothing is ever too much trouble.

Ms Tzafetta has absolutely changed my life, I had always been conscious of the appearance of my nose and really hated it. At 52 I thought I was too old to do anything about it but I research surgeons and came across Ms Tzafetta and arranged a consultation. Ms Tzafetta didn’t make me feel old at all, she totally understood where I was coming from and said it was absolutely possible to do the surgery and what did I want, I just said a nose which suits my face. So I booked it there and then feeling total trust. The before photos were taken then I received an image of what it could like. Well I cried at that moment! I couldn’t believe I could look like that. The surgery day came, I wasn’t even nervous! My operation was 3 1/2 hours long and Ms Tzafetta visited me that evening and told me that I have a perfect nose and “no more droopy nose” she was very excited and so was I! That was the first day of the rest of my life with increased confidence, being able to have my hair up without worrying, turning side on to people and photos without being really conscious of my nose and smiling a lot! I can say Ms Tzafetta is a very talented surgeon, I don’t know how she does it, she is absolutely amazing and I would encourage anyone thinking of having surgery who has suffered with a lack of confidence to go ahead with this beautiful, genuinely caring lady. I will forever be grateful.

I booked to see Ms Tzafetta for a consultation. I had lost weight some time ago and despite exercising frequently, I had been left with a lot of loose, wrinkly skin on my thighs down to my knees, which I was very self conscious of and kept hidden. The consultation was brilliant, I was given lots of information and I left with a date for a thigh lift. I am now nearly six weeks post op and the results are amazing, I could not of wished for a better outcome. The care I have received, the time to explain everything and her wonderful positive manner has been outstanding and I cannot recommend her enough. The outcome for me has been life changing. Nearing 80, having thought about having a face lift for a couple of years I decided it was now or never and went ahead with procedure. Very pleased with result - got rid of my jowls and turkey neck -- and feel much more confident now. Highly recommend and many thanks to Mrs Tzafetta
