I had a fantastic experience. I was put at ease from my first consultation through to my procedure and my aftercare. I’m very happy with my results the changes are very natural. I stayed overnight following my procedure which gave me peace of mind. My aftercare was fully explained and reassured I could call if I had any concerns. It was a little sore a bit swollen but nothing to terrible. I didn’t require pain relief after either so don’t be put off if your worried about any of that stuff, it’s so worth the confidence boost in the end.

My experience was very good. Everything was explained in detail including managing my expectations of the final result of surgery. Good communication throughout and flawless procedure.

After putting off Rhinoplasty for over 20+ years I finally plucked up the courage to go ahead and book my first consultation. I wanted to stay close to home so I researched Ramsey Health Care and came across Miss Tzafetta. I read many reviews from her patients and all of her experience and was excited to finally book in and meet her. The day of my consultation which was only around 2 weeks after my initial booking I felt very nervous, I think where I had been waiting for this day for what seemed to be my whole life but as soon as I met Miss Tzafetta I felt instantly comfortable and relaxed. She reassured me that General anaesthesia and the surgery itself has come along way since years ago and she really eased my nerves. We spoke in detail regarding what I was hoping to achieve etc as I had a hump in my nose and I also had slight breathing difficulties so I would need to have Septorhinoplasty to straighten my nose and reshape.. I left her office feeling extremely excited. I was then contacted by Miss Tzafetta’s secretary Charlotte who is so lovely and she booked me in for my pre assessment appointment for a few weeks later then my surgery for a week after that. The day of surgery arrived and I was expecting to feel very nervous but I was actually very calm and excited, the staff at Rivers Hospital are amazing I cannot recommend the hospital highly enough every single member of staff treated me so well. I woke up after surgery and felt no pain but knew that I was still medicated but as the days went on I still had no pain and to this day (4 weeks post op) I’ve never had any pain just swelling and bruising around my eyes that has now completely gone. I recommend Miss Tzafetta to anyone wanted/needing any type of surgery that she can offer as she is truly amazing. I am only 4 weeks post op and still have swelling around my nose but it takes time and I am so so happy with my results already and this has completely changed my life. I no longer feel so self conscious and my only wish is that I found this wonderful surgeon sooner. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Before i was referred to Ms Tzafetta I had visited 3 other surgeons, each consultation i came out of i either felt i had been rushed and not listened too, felt worse than i did before or i didn't feel fully confident in the surgeon, at one point i nearly gave up as each consultation was costing me between £200/£250 i was getting frustrated as i couldn't quiet find the right surgeon for me, plus some of the prices they were quoting were extortionate........ Until i went to see Ms Tzafetta, What an amazing woman !!! she was so easy to talk to, she knew exactly what i wanted and the look i wanted, she never tried to convince me i needed other surgery elsewhere, she was straight up with me, and above all she spent time with me talking about everything not just the procedure! when I walked out of the consultation i knew i had hit jackpot!! i had the biggest smile on my face i knew she was the surgeon for me. The information she provided me for the procedure was excellent i was well prepared in what to expect before, during and after.. Her secretary was friendly always keeping me updated with dates and appointments. The hospital staff were super friendly and accommodating i cant fault a single thing! Everything has gone so well. I had minimal bruising and was eating sandwiches 3 hours after my surgery sitting up in bed! the next day i was walking up and down the corridor in the hospital. I'm into my 5 week and looking amazing, I've had such good feedback from friends, family and my work colleagues on how natural and fresh faced i look. exactly what i wanted !!!

Super happy with my results! She’s an Absolute genius! I had my 6 month review and been discharged, The scars are hardly noticeable and I’m able to tie my hair back. It was the best decision I’ve made and well worth every penny

I had very heavy upper lids and huge lower eyebags. The operation went smoothly and very little discomfort, the worst part for me was the continuous ointment in my eyes making my vision blurry. Unfortunately for me my left lower eyelid drooped as I had been informed sometimes can happen. I'm only mentioning this to reassure anyone that is considering this operation that it will repair itself. I believe mine has taken a little longer than most but I can see that I'm getting there and my results are amazing even at this stage. Ms Tzfetta's work always looks amazing without looking obvious. 100% recommend if you are thinking about the operation go ahead and book it

I highly recommend Kallirroi Tzafetta for all your cosmetic surgery. This is the second cosmetic surgery I have gone to Ms Tzafetta for. What I like is the results look totally natural. Ms Tzafetta has a wonderful bedside manner and the follow up after surgery is also an enjoyable part of the whole process.
