Laura,The majority of physicians do some pro bono and or surgery at a reduced rate. This all depends on the patient need. You need to understand that the fees that are reduced are the surgical fees. However there are incurred expenses that need to be covered. These usually include the operating room fees, anesthesia fees, and the needed equipment for her surgical procedure. I would visit multiple surgeons in the community and see what some of them would be willing to assist you with.

You can ask the surgeons in your area, but your best chance of having the implant replaced at the lowest cost is to go back to your original surgeon. There may be some assistance from the implant manufacturer.However, if it has been a while since your augmentation, or you cannot get to your surgeon then there aren't many Doctors who will do this on their dime. You'll need to set your priorities and save up the funds or do it on credit.
